Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the overall operations, guest experience, and profitability of the resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all departments, ensuring exceptional hospitality standards, driving revenue growth, and maintaining operational excellence while creating memorable guest experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee day-to-day resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and Guest Relations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and adherence to operational SOPs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Develop initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate resort staff.
- Build a positive work culture focused on teamwork and service excellence.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development programs.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses.
- Monitor revenue performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Ensure cost control without compromising service quality.
Sales & Business Development
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Develop partnerships with travel agents, corporates, event planners, and tourism stakeholders.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal packages.
Compliance & Maintenance
- Ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
- Oversee maintenance of resort infrastructure and facilities.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are effectively implemented.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hotel/resort operations, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial and operational management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

- Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple operations simultaneously.
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and hospitality software.
