We are looking for an experienced Freelance Resume Writer & LinkedIn Profile Optimization Specialist to support professionals seeking freelance and contract opportunities. This is a remote, project-based role ideal for someone who understands how to position candidates for modern job markets and freelance readiness.
The selected freelancer will be responsible for creating professionally written, ATS-friendly resumes tailored to specific industries and job descriptions. The role requires the ability to highlight project-based experience, freelance availability, and contract work positioning in a compelling and results-oriented manner. In addition to resume development, the freelancer will optimize LinkedIn profiles to improve visibility, personal branding, and recruiter searchability. This includes crafting strong headlines, summaries, keyword-rich content, and providing recommendations to enhance professional presence.
Candidates should have proven experience writing resumes and optimizing LinkedIn profiles, along with a strong understanding of ATS formatting, keyword optimization, and LinkedIn search algorithms. Excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills are essential, as well as the ability to tailor content based on career goals and industry requirements. Experience in HR, recruitment, career coaching, or working with freelancers and consultants will be considered an advantage.
