About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (.NET) to lead software development projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing .NET development teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously.
- Lead and coordinate .NET developers, QA engineers, and other technical team members.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project status meetings.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
- Collaborate with technical leads to prioritize work and remove blockers.
- Ensure quality standards are met through effective coordination with the QA team.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and team performance.
- Prepare project reports and communicate status to management and clients.
- Drive continuous process improvements using Agile/Scrum best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software project management.
- Experience managing .NET development projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background in .NET development is a strong plus.
- Scrum Master, PMP, or other project management certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working with distributed or remote development teams.
- Familiarity with Azure, cloud-based applications, and CI/CD practices.
