Role Overview
At The Byond Media, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who understands how to create visuals that capture attention and drive engagement.
You'll work on branding, social media, digital marketing campaigns, and website creatives for clients across various industries. If you're passionate about design, enjoy solving creative challenges, and want to grow in a fast-paced agency environment, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media creatives for multiple client brands.
- Create static posts, carousel posts, stories, reel covers, and YouTube thumbnails.
- Design digital marketing assets such as banners, flyers, brochures, advertisements, and email creatives.
- Create website and landing page graphics, including hero banners, icons, section visuals, and mockups.
- Adapt designs across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and paid ads.
- Understand creative briefs and transform ideas into impactful visual concepts.
- Collaborate with content, social media, SEO, and performance marketing teams.
- Ensure brand consistency across all client deliverables.
- Explore new design trends, layouts, and creative concepts.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Handle revisions efficiently and maintain high-quality output.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience designing social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Basic knowledge of website and landing page design.
- Ability to work across multiple brands while maintaining visual consistency.
- Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- A portfolio showcasing your best design work is mandatory.
