About the Organization

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal / Head of Department (Nursing) to lead our Nursing College.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Nursing Department.
- Ensure compliance with INC, State Nursing Council, and University norms.
- Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance.
- Plan and monitor academic schedules, clinical training, and examinations.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, and accreditation processes.
- Maintain student discipline, academic quality, and institutional standards.
- Strengthen hospital and clinical affiliations for student training.
- Prepare reports and documentation required by regulatory authorities.
Eligibility
- Qualification: M.Sc. Nursing (Ph.D. Nursing Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of teaching and administrative experience in a recognized Nursing College.
- Must possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of INC and State Nursing Council regulations.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience handling inspections by INC/University.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage academics, administration, and compliance effectively.
