We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily business operations. The candidate will be responsible for data management, documentation, MIS reporting, email handling, client coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Perform accurate data entry and documentation work.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Handle emails and official correspondence.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations, and Clients.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
Maintain Excel sheets and generate reports.
Verify documents and ensure data accuracy.
Support management in day-to-day administrative activities.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
Basic computer proficiency.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
