Develop semi-synthetic, synthetic, and soluble MWFs for machining, grinding, cutting, forming, and stamping.
Plan and execute lab evaluations (emulsion stability, corrosion, foam, pH, RA, hard water compatibility).
Enhance performance, consistency, and sump life of existing products.
Scale up formulations from lab to pilot and commercial batches.
Support trials, troubleshoot issues (foam, corrosion, instability, odor, staining).
Prepare TDS, MSDS, SOPs, BOMs, and trial reports
Lead and mentor junior chemists and technicians.
