Job Description
- Job Title: Retail Finance Executive / Relationship Manager
- Location: Ernakulam
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in Retail Finance
- Salary: Industry standards (Commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the marketing and processing of retail loans, auto loans, home loans, and personal loans.
- Analyze customers' financial backgrounds and requirements to provide the most suitable financial schemes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure accurate completion of loan documentation, CIBIL score checks, and credit approval procedures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit accurate data reports to the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (B.Com, BBA, or MBA preferred).
- Mandatory experience in retail finance, banking, or credit management.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Malayalam) and strong customer relationship abilities.
- Keen interest in marketing and field-related activities.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
