Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair printers and photocopiers at client locations. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge and good problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure printers and photocopiers at customer sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Repair and replace faulty parts
- Perform routine maintenance and service
- Provide customer support and explain product usage
- Maintain service reports and documentation
- Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electronics or related field
- Basic knowledge of printers and photocopiers
- Good technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in the field
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
