As we expand our B2B sales vertical, we are building a high-performance sales team to drive bulk orders, institutional sales, and repeat business.
Role Description:
We are looking for B2B Tele-calling Agents to support our US-focused B2B sales operations. This role involves outbound and inbound calling to business customers, lead qualification, order conversion, follow-ups, and coordination with internal sales and operations teams.
The role is target-driven and process-oriented, requiring strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
You will work closely with the Team Lead – B2B Sales & Operations and be a key contributor to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement:

Make outbound calls to B2B prospects and existing customers in the US market.

Handle inbound B2B inquiries and convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities.

Understand customer requirements related to bulk purchases, pricing, delivery timelines, and product specifications.

Present product offerings clearly and confidently to business customers.

Close sales or hand over qualified leads to senior team members as defined by process.
Lead Management & Follow-ups:

Maintain a healthy follow-up cadence to ensure no lead leakage.

Update all call outcomes, follow-ups, and deal status accurately in CRM/tools.

Track assigned leads through the entire sales cycle until closure or drop-off.

Re-engage dormant or cold leads as per campaign strategy.
Coordination & Process Adherence:

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Executives, Operations, Vendor Management) to ensure smooth order confirmation.

Share customer inputs related to delivery constraints, urgency, or special handling requirements.

Follow defined scripts, call flows, and compliance standards for US B2B calling.
Performance & Quality:

Achieve daily and weekly targets related to:

Call volumes

Lead qualification

Conversions / revenue contribution

Participate in call reviews, training sessions, and performance coaching.

Continuously improve pitch quality, objection handling, and closing effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred).

3 - 4 years of experience in B2B tele calling or outbound sales for US clients.

Experience in e-commerce, retail, furniture, logistics, or consumer goods is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic Excel/Google Sheets.

Comfortable working during US business hours.
