Key Responsibilities
Day - to -day Office Operations
- Monitor and coordinate daily activities across all departments.
- Review departmental performance and ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
- Ensure inter-departmental coordination and effective communication.
- Conduct review meetings and follow up on action points.
Human Resources
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee engagement, performance reviews, and grievance handling.
- Handle employee exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.
- Training And Development.
Administration & Compliance
· Monitor office administration and facility management activities.
· Ensure proper maintenance of company records and documentation.
· Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers.
· Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Key required Skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹54,512.15 per month
