The Assembly Manager is responsible for managing assembly operations, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining product quality, and leading the assembly team to achieve operational excellence.

Plan and oversee daily assembly activities.

Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.

Monitor product quality and minimize defects and rework.

Manage and guide assembly supervisors, engineers, and operators.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.

Improve productivity and reduce assembly cycle time.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Maintain production records and prepare performance reports.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related field.

8–12 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
