About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Representative to expand the market presence of PACO/RAJ notebooks and stationery products. The role involves visiting retailers, wholesalers, distributors, schools, colleges, and institutional customers to generate orders, increase product visibility, and develop long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors on a daily basis in and around ernakulam.
- Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Introduce and promote PACO notebooks, art materials, and stationery products.
- Identify new dealers, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support credit control efforts.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for smooth order fulfillment.
- Build strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, stationery, school supplies, office supplies, or related field sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and order booking systems.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling stationery, notebooks, educational products, office supplies, or art & craft materials.
- Existing relationships with stationery dealers, bookshops, supermarkets, schools, and distributors will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,664.44 per month
