- 1. Well-versed with SEBI’s Risk Management framework dated 27-09-2021 and its implementation, in addition to all AMFI circulars and SEBI Master circulars.
- 2. Present risk reports to the AMC and Trustee Boards on a quarterly basis, and to various committees such as Risk Management Committee and Investment Committee.
- 3. Establish and monitor key risk indicators, and implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks.
- 4. Analyze transactions, internal reports, and financial information to identify potential fraud risks.
- 5. Maintain reports of significant risks and recommendations.
- 6. Evaluate Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) for each department pertaining to Mutual Fund business.
- 7. Identify and address risk issues and weaknesses in existing products, policies, and processes.
- 8. Evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s internal control framework in managing risks and achieving company goals.
- 9. Provide training and technical support to employees regarding risk management strategies and programs.
- 10. Liaison with auditors and stakeholders.
- 11. Ensure effectiveness of Business Continuity Plans on a quarterly basis.
- 12. Act as a key contributor to establishing and evolving the risk culture.
- Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWA, CFA, or MBA Finance preferred.
- Additional certifications in Financial Risk Management or Premia are a plus.
- 2-5+ years of experience in Risk Management within Mutual Funds or Audit firms.
- Strong knowledge of SEBI and AMFI regulations and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and committees.
