Job Summary
Web Digitech IT Solution is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal coordination.
- Maintain staffing reports and HR MIS reports.
- Assist in performance management and employee grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn hiring.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Experience in a digital marketing or IT company will be an added advantage.
