Senior Full Stack Engineer (4–7 Years Experience)

Preferred Technical Skills
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and one or more backend languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, containerization, and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, and agentic workflows is a plus.
Computer Science Fundamentals
Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, system design, and the ability to apply sound engineering principles to build scalable software systems.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- 4–7 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical leadership.
- Experience leading small engineering teams is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 engineers and drive end-to-end project execution.
- Own requirement analysis, technical design, architecture, and implementation decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand product needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Develop software, create test strategies, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security.
- Drive engineering excellence, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
