We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will help create a positive work environment while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct reference and background verification checks.
- Prepare offer letters and manage the joining process.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate exit formalities, clearance, and full & final settlements.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee databases and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee information systems.
- Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain performance records and documentation.
- Support managers in performance review activities.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee-related documentation.
- Maintain statutory records and support audits when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS software is preferred.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
