Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as per standard recipes.
- Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices are followed.
- Prepare mise en place and support senior chefs during service.
- Properly handle kitchen equipment and maintain stock levels.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
- Basic knowledge of the respective cuisine.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hotel, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
