We're Hiring – Repair & Maintenance Supervisor
Ten 11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Repair & Maintenance Supervisor to manage and supervise maintenance activities at our Chennai Lounge.
Position:- Repair & Maintenance Supervisor
Location:- Chennai Lounge, Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day repair and maintenance activities at the lounge.
- Ensure all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, carpentry, and general maintenance work is carried out efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Identify maintenance issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with external vendors and technicians for repair and maintenance work.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs, and service reports.
- Ensure proper functioning of kitchen equipment, electrical systems, air-conditioning, lighting, and other lounge facilities.
- Monitor maintenance-related expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Handle emergency breakdowns and coordinate immediate corrective action.
Eligibility
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in repair and maintenance, preferably in hospitality, hotels, lounges, restaurants, malls, or commercial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Good vendor coordination and team-handling skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and take quick corrective action.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle emergency maintenance requirements.
