Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Sales & Packing Assistant to support daily operations in our shawls & stoles trading business. The candidate will assist customers, display products, prepare sets of garments for customer viewing, and handle packing and dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and sales staff in showing product samples and collections.
- Arrange and present product sets systematically for customer selection and inspection.
- Handle products carefully while displaying and repacking samples.
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and maintain stock of shawls & stoles.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the premises.
- Ensure products are properly tagged, folded, and stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and warehouse areas.
- Support inventory counting and stock verification when required.
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Report damaged, missing, or defective items to management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Prior experience in hosiery, garment, textile, or trading business preferred.
- Ability to handle and organize garment stock efficiently.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move packed goods when required.
- Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a garment, hosiery, textile, or woollen wear trading company.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
