Job Description: Mathematics & Physics Teacher
Position: Maths & Physics Teacher
Classes: VI to X
Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years (experience in Class 9 & 10 preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics and Physics to students of Classes VI to X as per the prescribed syllabus.
- Build strong conceptual understanding using real-life applications and experiments.
- Prepare students for Class 10 board examinations through structured lesson plans, regular tests, and revisions.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and ensure laboratory safety (for Physics).
- Design worksheets, assignments, and assessment tools aligned with learning objectives.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and conduct remedial and enrichment classes.
- Use digital tools, simulations, and smart-class resources to enhance learning.
- Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and assessment reports.
- Collaborate with other faculty and participate in academic planning and school events.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics / Physics / Science.
- B.Ed.
- Strong subject knowledge in both Maths and Physics.
- Familiarity with board exam patterns and evaluation schemes.
