Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Trainee to join our fully automatic machine manufacturing operations. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in production processes, machine operations, maintenance, and quality control while working under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the operation and monitoring of fully automatic machines
Support production activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Assist in machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
Participate in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
Support quality inspection and documentation processes
Record production data and prepare basic reports
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality, and Maintenance
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation
Understanding of engineering drawings and tools (preferred)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
