Selection Process:
i. The selection will be based on shortlisting of applications based on eligibility criteria, online test and interview. The candidate needs to qualify in each stage of recruitment process to be called for interview before a panel.
ii. Higher percentage of Marks obtained either in Graduation or Post Graduation will be considered for eligibility and should be submitted accordingly in the application form.
iii. For the purpose of shortlisting candidates for the online test, preference shall be given to the residential candidates of the respective state taking into consideration state-wise vacancies and proficiency in the local language. Accordingly, shortlisting and preparation of the merit list for the online test shall carried out on a state-wise basis to meet the available vacancies. Further, the cut off mark for the shortlisting shall be determined solely on the basis of highest percentage of marks entered by the candidates in the application form at the time of submission. The Corporation shall not entertain any request for correction or modification at any subsequent stage.
iv. The Waiting List (WL) will be maintained as per organization policy. Depending on the vacancy WL candidate will be offered LOI on a state-wise basis. However, candidates from other states with a higher merit score and who are willing to relocate will be given first priority.
v. StockHolding reserve right to approach candidates from the WL based on their preferred posting locations, and where such preferences align with the Corporation’s requirement, a LOI shall be issued.
b) In case more than one candidate scores same marks as cut-off marks in the final merit list (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked in the merit according to their age in descending order.
