Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Client Relationship Executive to join our growing team at Techyfe. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in client handling, and knowledge of IT & digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold calling and client outreach
- Lead generation through LinkedIn, Google, and other online platforms
- Client communication and relationship management
- Understanding client requirements and pitching suitable IT services
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Follow-ups with potential clients and maintaining sales pipeline
Required Skills
- Knowledge of IT-related services
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and services
- Strong client approach and communication skills
- Good command over spoken and written English
- Professional personality and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and online research
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
- Self-motivated and target-oriented candidate
