3D Visualizer – Exterior Specialist (5+ Years’ Experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D exterior visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs for architectural and landscape projects.
- Develop realistic lighting, textures, and materials to achieve photo-realistic outputs.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to interpret concepts, sketches, and drawings into compelling visuals.
- Work on massing models, façade detailing, and landscape integration to highlight the design intent.
- Ensure timely delivery of render outputs while maintaining accuracy and design aesthetics.
- Stay updated with the latest rendering techniques, software tools, and visualization trends.
- Support presentations by producing 3D images, animations, and VR-ready content when required.
Qualification & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer, with proven expertise in exterior visualizations.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop (knowledge of Revit is an added advantage).
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, scale, and detailing.
- Ability to deliver photo-realistic renders under tight deadlines.
- Excellent sense of composition, lighting, and color grading.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality exterior rendering works (mandatory).
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,953.85 per month
