Key Responsibilities1. Academic Leadership
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the school curriculum.
- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Monitor student academic performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Encourage innovative teaching methodologies and the effective use of technology.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and academic reviews.
2. School Administration
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the school.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all academic and administrative activities.
- Prepare the academic calendar, timetables, and examination schedules.
- Oversee school facilities, infrastructure, and maintenance.
3. Staff Management
- Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct staff meetings and professional development programs.
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work culture.
- Ensure staff compliance with school policies and code of conduct.
4. Student Welfare & Discipline
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Implement discipline policies fairly and consistently.
- Address student grievances and behavioral concerns.
- Promote character development, leadership, and extracurricular participation.
5. Parent & Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Address parent concerns professionally and promptly.
- Develop partnerships with community organizations and educational institutions.
6. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with the regulations of the respective education board and government authorities.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and school documentation.
- Coordinate inspections, audits, and accreditation processes.
- Ensure adherence to child safety and safeguarding policies.
7. Financial & Resource Management
- Assist in preparing and managing the school budget.
- Monitor the effective utilization of school resources.
- Approve procurement of educational materials and equipment.
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient school operations.
8. Safety & Security
- Ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors.
- Oversee emergency preparedness and disaster management plans.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
9. Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement the school's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Promote continuous improvement and institutional excellence.
- Enhance the school's reputation through academic and co-curricular achievements.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
- Additional qualifications in Educational Leadership or School Administration are desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or Principal (or as required by the school/education board).

Pay: ₹24,889.97 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
