We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchase Manager to manage and oversee day-to-day purchase operations, billing, and stock-related activities at our supermarket.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in supermarket procurement, including grocery items, packed foods, and premium products such as imported chocolates, candies, snacks, chips, nuts, dates, and other specialty food items.
Key requirements include sound knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, billing systems, and vendor coordination. Proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel is essential to ensure accurate stock management, cost control, and timely purchasing.
