Job Description
SEO Quartz is looking for a skilled and motivated SEO Technical Executive to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO expertise, experience handling client projects, and the ability to lead and coordinate with team members to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Analyze website performance, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
- Manage and optimize website architecture, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, and redirects.
- Monitor website health using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Lead and guide SEO team members to achieve project goals.
- Handle client projects independently and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct client meetings and calls to discuss project progress and strategies.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams for SEO implementation.
- Track rankings, traffic, and performance metrics while preparing detailed reports.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Technical SEO.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts.
- Experience in team handling and leadership.
- Proven experience managing multiple client projects.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools and reporting platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Experience with website migrations and technical troubleshooting.
- Understanding of local SEO and international SEO strategies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
