Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions and workflow automation systems for our medical device business. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and automation technologies to improve business processes, enhance operational efficiency, support product development, and optimize customer service functions while ensuring compliance with medical device industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models for business and operational requirements.
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions across departments including Sales, Service, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, and Customer Support.
- Build AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent document processing systems.
- Automate repetitive business processes using AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms.
- Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, website, and internal software applications.
- Develop predictive analytics and reporting dashboards for business decision-making.
- Implement Generative AI solutions for content generation, customer communication, and knowledge management.
- Work on medical device-related data analysis, product intelligence, and process optimization projects.
- Create AI-driven systems for inventory forecasting, service scheduling, complaint management, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor AI model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with applicable medical device regulations and company policies.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends for business adoption.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and LangChain.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of APIs, database management, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Familiarity with data analytics, visualization tools, and automation workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
