## About the Role
Bludesign Interior Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing residential and commercial interior projects from initiation to successful completion while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
## Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end execution of interior design and fit-out projects.
* Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
* Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and project requirements.
* Handle procurement planning and vendor negotiations.
* Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.
* Ensure quality standards and safety compliance across projects.
* Resolve project-related issues and minimize delays.
* Maintain project documentation and reporting.
## Required Skills
* Strong project planning and coordination abilities.
* Knowledge of interior fit-out processes and materials.
* Experience in BOQ preparation and budget management.
* Vendor and contractor management skills.
* Excellent communication and client-handling capabilities.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and project tracking tools.
## Eligibility Criteria
* Minimum 4–5 years of experience in interior project management.
* Experience with residential and commercial interior projects is mandatory.
* Proven track record of delivering projects within timelines and budgets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Candidates from interior design firms will be preferred.
