Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Prepare and execute new projects and model/variant introductions by ensuring process, tooling, facility, and production readiness in line with APQP requirements
Plan and implement facilities, tools, fixtures, gauges, and equipment, including budget preparation, procurement, installation, and commissioning for new products and process changes
Drive implementation of ECNs, PCRNs, and PDRNs involving major tooling, equipment, and process modifications to support manufacturing requirements
Provide process and tooling support to vendors for new projects, capacity expansion, localization, and major replenishment activities
Perform capacity planning, line balancing, and introduction of new technologies to enhance manufacturing capability, productivity, quality and cost effectiveness
Establish, review, and improve manufacturing processes, layouts, and work methods to reduce work content, optimize resources, and improve overall productivity
Maintain and control design drawings and technical documents related to jigs, fixtures, dies, gauges, welding fixtures, and assembly equipment
Knowledge of Robotics & PLC and need to work on the same
Resolve process, quality, and field concerns, ensure process audit readiness, support DCP reviews, and lead infrastructural development initiatives for sustained operational excellence
