Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in the Publishing, Accessibility, EdTech, and Content Services sectors.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Manage CRM records and sales pipeline activities.
- Collaborate with the founder and delivery teams during the sales process.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research companies and identify decision-makers.
- Experience in international outreach is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Publishing, Accessibility, eLearning, SaaS, IT Services, or BPO industries.
- Familiarity with cold email campaigns and lead nurturing.
- Understanding of US, UK, and European markets.
