Role & responsibilities
- Technical Sales Support: Assisting sales staff in conducting technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept (POCs) for clients.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Meeting with prospective customers to understand their technical requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Solution Design: Developing custom configurations, prototypes, and cost estimates for products or services.
- Technical Consultation: Troubleshooting technical problems during the sales cycle and ensuring products meet client needs.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers through technical expertise and trust.
- Product Improvement: Communicating client feedback to the research and development (R&D) team to drive product improvements.
Preferred candidate profile Education : BE / Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)
- Customer-facing engineering roles.
- Computer Knowledge & Good Communication skills are Essential.
- technical aptitude may also be considered.
- Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients
- Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels
- Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting
- Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management
- Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
