At ETHICS Group of Companies, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Jobhai, and other job portals.
3. Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
4. Manage offer negotiations, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
5. Build talent pipelines using Boolean search, headhunting, and referrals.
6. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions.
7. Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS/HRMS, and candidate database.
Requirements:-
1. Graduation is mandatory (MBA Preferred)
2. 0 - 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
3. Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
