PDI Technician ( Pre delivery Inspection )
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on new two-wheelers as per Suzuki guidelines.
- Check engine oil, brakes, battery, tyres, lights, horn, clutch, and electrical systems.
- Inspect vehicles for scratches, dents, leakage, or manufacturing defects.
- Install accessories and perform basic adjustments before delivery.
- Wash and prepare vehicles for customer handover.
- Maintain PDI checklists and service records accurately.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for timely vehicle delivery.
- Report technical issues or defects to senior technicians/service advisors.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and electrical systems.
- Ability to use service tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Attention to detail and quality checking skills.
- Time management and teamwork abilities.
- Basic communication skills.
Qualification
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with showroom/service center experience can apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
