Salary range - 40000 to 45000 CTC Per Month
Responsibilities
Planning and Organization:
- Curriculum Development:
- Creating and maintaining a schedule of ECA/CCA activities, including classes, clubs, and events.
- Activity Selection:
- Choosing activities that align with the interests and needs of students, as well as the school's goals.
- Logistics:
- Arranging for necessary resources, facilities, and personnel for activities, including field trips, excursions, and events.
- Budgeting:
- Developing and managing budgets for ECA/CCA programs and activities, often requiring financial reporting.
Implementation and Supervision:
- Instruction and Guidance:
- Supervising and supporting instructors, coaches, and club leaders in delivering ECA/CCA activities.
- Student Engagement:
- Motivating student participation in activities and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Attendance and Record Keeping:
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and participation.
- Evaluation:
- Monitoring the effectiveness of ECA/CCA programs and activities, identifying areas for improvement.
Communication and Coordination:
- Parent Communication:
- Keeping parents informed about ECA/CCA activities, schedules, and opportunities.
- Collaboration:
- Working with other staff members, administrators, and community partners to implement ECA/CCA programs.
- Conflict Resolution:
- Addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise within ECA/CCA activities.
Safety and Well-being:
- Risk Management:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of students participating in ECA/CCA activities, particularly during field trips and events.
- Child Protection:
- Adhering to child protection policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of all students.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Fundraising: May be involved in fundraising for ECA/CCA activities, especially for events like field trips or competitions.
- Community Outreach: Organizing community service projects and outreach activities.
- Training: May be responsible for training instructors, coaches, and club leaders in various aspects of ECA/CCA programs.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
