AI Trainer / Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 Years Locations: Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, and Haryana

About the Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced AI Trainers / Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver high-quality technical training, mentor learners, develop industry-aligned content, and contribute to innovative learning experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with exceptional teaching, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Deliver instructor-led training on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, and Full Stack Development.
● Train learners on MERN Stack, Web Development, Application Development, REST APIs, and modern software engineering practices.
● Conduct classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions, workshops, bootcamps, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), seminars, and technical events.
● Mentor students through projects, hackathons, internships, certifications, and career readiness activities.
● Design and develop curriculum, presentations, lab manuals, assignments, assessments, case studies, and project-based learning resources.
● Build and demonstrate real-world AI and Full Stack applications using industry best practices.
● Evaluate learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high learner engagement and outcomes.
● Research emerging AI technologies, frameworks, enterprise use cases, and integrate them into training programs.
● Collaborate with academic, product, and technical teams to continuously improve learning content and delivery quality.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
