✔ Inspect vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates
✔ Coordinate with customers and insurance companies
✔ Ensure timely delivery of repaired vehicles
✔ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
✔ Work closely with technicians and workshop team
Skills Required:
✅ Strong communication & customer handling skills
✅ Knowledge of body repairs, painting & insurance claims
✅ Basic computer skills & report handling
✅ Problem-solving attitude
