Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive with at least 1 year of experience to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support sales activities. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Address customer queries and resolve basic issues
- Follow up with interested leads and ensure closures
- Maintain professional communication at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Good communication skills (Tamil / English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Strong listening and convincing skills
