Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent patient service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact and ensure a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient registrations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth operations
- Handle billing inquiries and basic administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and presentable personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a hospital/clinic setting is an advantage
