Your work profile
Responsible for leading SCM solution delivery, managing consulting teams, ensuring project success, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SCM solution delivery for ERP implementations
- Manage functional consultants and project workstreams
- Define overall SCM solution architecture
- Conduct executive-level workshops with stakeholders
- Oversee integrations, testing strategy, and data migration
- Manage project timelines, risks, and resource allocation
- Support presales activities and solution demonstrations
- Ensure governance and quality assurance of deliverables
- Assist in conducting interview, asset development and presales activity
Key skills required
- 9+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Candidate to be certified in “Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect”
- Experience managing large ERP implementation programs
- Knowledge of global supply chain best practices
- Exposure to Copilot and AI agents
- Worked on Indian Localization (Optional)
