Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic DevOps/SRE Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure management. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on scalable systems, deployment automation, reliability engineering, and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for application deployments

Support cloud infrastructure setup and monitoring across environments

Work with development teams to automate deployment and operational processes

Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability

Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues

Participate in incident response and root cause analysis activities

Help maintain logs, dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools

Support containerized deployments using Docker/Kubernetes

Contribute to infrastructure automation using scripting tools

Ensure system security, backup, and compliance best practices are followed
Required Skills

Basic understanding of DevOps and SRE concepts

Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems

Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps

Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

Familiarity with version control systems like Git

Basic scripting knowledge in Shell, Python, or Bash

Understanding of monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills

Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible

Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security concepts

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
