Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the company's daily workflow and operational activities.
- Schedule and organize client meetings, content shoots, and internal discussions.
- Track project timelines and ensure tasks are completed as per schedule.
- Coordinate with team members, clients, and vendors to maintain smooth communication.
- Maintain company records, documents, and internal databases.
- Assist management in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and follow up with departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle administrative tasks, reporting, and office coordination.
- Support the team in improving internal systems and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Requirements
