Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager (RM) who will be responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, resolving issues, and coordinating meetings between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship-building skills to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
- Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
- Assign tasks to relevant teams and follow up until closure.
- Conduct client meetings, share MOMs, and provide regular updates.
- Handle client issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate client data and prepare support/status reports.
- Monitor client usage, conduct periodic reviews, and suggest improvements.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Handling, or Support roles.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong client coordination and meeting management skills.
· Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
· Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
· Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
