Job Position :- Social Media Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and schedule posts according to the content calendar.
- Create engaging captions and coordinate with the design and video teams for creative content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Run and monitor social media campaigns and promotions.
- Track the performance of posts and prepare simple monthly reports.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to support campaigns and events.
- Ensure all posts follow the company's branding and communication guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
