Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create visually compelling designs and engaging video content that effectively communicates messages, enhances brand identities, and captures the attention of target audiences. You will collaborate with stakeholders and the creative team to conceptualize, design, and edit graphics and videos across various mediums.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor in similar roles is preferred
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects is a definite advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets — including logos, branding materials, social media graphics, and website elements
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools to create and edit designs
- Research design trends, industry best practices, and competitor content to stay current
- Edit and manipulate video footage for YouTube and social media channels with strong narrative and visual flow
- Edit and mix audio elements (dialogue, music, sound effects) for high-quality video output
- Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to deliver final designs
- Handle camera shooting occasionally when required
- Ensure all graphics and videos are on-brand, aesthetically strong, and deadline-ready
- Contribute to team efforts and accomplish related tasks as needed
Key Skills Required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques
- Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Adaptability to feedback and revisions
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing
