In your role as a Product Manager within TOME, you will help define and promote a cohesive vision across Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Technology Operations Center (TOC). You will facilitate seamless integration, raise operational efficiency, and ensure highly dependable systems. Your focus will be on optimizing each technology operation and combining them to provide a flawless end-to-end experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision Alignment

Define and lead a cohesive product vision across SRE, ITOM, and TOC.

Establish common goals and ensure alignment across teams to support organizational objectives.

Translate business priorities into actionable strategies for technology operations.
Cross-Functional Integration

Find opportunities to integrate SRE, ITOM, and TOC capabilities into a cohesive platform or ecosystem.

Drive initiatives that eliminate silos and improve collaboration between teams.

Ensure consistent processes, tooling, and data flow across functions.
Product Ownership & Road mapping

Own and manage the product roadmap for TOME, prioritizing initiatives that improve reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.

Balance short-term operational needs with long-term strategic improvements.

Continuously assess and refine product direction based on feedback and performance metrics.
Definition & Implementation of Goals and Milestones

Establish and coordinate goals and milestones across SRE, ITOM, and TOC.

Ensure that objectives and key results collectively contribute toward the broader goal of system stability and operational excellence.

Track, measure, and report progress to collaborators.
Domain Understanding & Enablement

SRE: Ensure systems are highly observable, scalable, and reliable through effective use of monitoring, telemetry, and automation.

ITOM: Optimize incident management processes, including detection, response, handling blocking issues, and resolution.

TOC: Enable smooth day-to-day technology operations and ensure proactive monitoring and issue prevention.
Operational Excellence

Drive initiatives to improve system uptime, performance, and resilience.

Champion automation, standardization, and continuous improvement practices.

Build a culture passionate about reliability and operational maturity.
Collaborator Management

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business collaborators to align priorities.

Clearly communicate vision, progress, and outcomes to leadership.
