ROLE OVERVIEW
The Business Development Associate will support Atomium Labs’ growth across all verticals by identifying opportunities, supporting new business efforts, and assisting in converting prospects into clients. The role involves working closely with Strategy, Creative, Client Servicing, and Leadership to support pitches, proposals, and client engagements, while adhering to structured business development processes and targets. This role is ideal for someone who is relationship-oriented and keen to grow within a fast-paced, integrated agency environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive Atomium’s growth, revenue, and market presence across all verticals.
· Identify potential customers and support the acquisition of new business opportunities across sectors and service offerings.
· Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Client Servicing, Operations, and Leadership to ensure pitches, proposals, and partnerships align with the agency’s vision and growth objectives.
· Coordinate in promoting the company’s products and services, including Strategic Communication, Advertising & Promotions, Visual Merchandising, ATL, BTL, TTL, Films, and Creative Content & Videos.
· Research and analyse market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activity to support effective sales strategies.
· Prepare, deliver, and support presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions with potential clients.
· Represent the agency at industry events, forums, and networking platforms.
· Adhere to structured business development processes and reporting systems.
· Provide regular reports on progress towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred industry - Hospitality, Hotel management)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably
- Proven ability to close high-value clients and long-term retainers.
- Prior experience across strategy, advertising, branding, or integrated marketing/media
agency will be preferred.
MUST HAVES
· A strong understanding of sales, business development, marketing communications, and agency ecosystem.
· Proficiency in English and Hindi.
· Proficiency in written and Verbal communication.
· Good inter-personal and client management skills.
· Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload.
· Knowledge of AI and relevant tools, and how to leverage them.

COMPENSATION
Industry Standards
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
