Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activities across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, social media management, video production support, campaign execution, lead management, and performance tracking. This role requires both creative skills and hands-on execution to help grow brand visibility and generate leads.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online platforms.
- Manage and update company social media accounts.
- Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar.
- Support Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
Content Creation
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Write captions, ad copy, and marketing content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent content publishing.
Video Production & Execution
- Assist in planning, shooting, and producing marketing videos.
- Capture video content for social media reels, testimonials, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate video shoots with doctors, therapists, management, and customers when required.
- Edit short-form videos and reels for social media platforms.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different digital channels.
Lead Management & CRM Support
- Monitor incoming leads from digital campaigns.
- Update CRM systems and maintain lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and status updates.
- Prepare lead generation and conversion reports.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track social media and campaign performance metrics.
- Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Monitor engagement, reach, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
- Suggest improvements based on campaign performance data.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Content writing and copywriting skills.
- Basic video shooting and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Social Media Management.
- Freshers with strong portfolios in content creation and video editing may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, Ayurveda, or service-based industries.
- Experience in reel creation, video editing, and social media growth strategies.
- Understanding of lead generation campaigns and CRM management.

Pay: ₹10,061.52 - ₹40,988.08 per month
