We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Senior Sales Officer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, leading sales initiatives, and contributing to overall business growth. The candidate should possess strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets in the real estate sector.
- Generate and manage leads for residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Provide professional guidance to clients regarding property selection, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate sales agreements and successfully close deals.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Support and mentor junior sales staff when required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
